Gone over some days, months or years you might be performed some activity but that activity pushes you towards demotivation and embarrassment.

It can be any activity which you might fail to perform because of low confidence level like:

You might be got rejected from your previous interview.


You’ve not performed well on the stage in front of many people.


In order to go ahead and be confident in your upcoming days then you must have to throw these garbage thoughts from your mind into the trash.

You must have to find out the root cause of your current scenario and cut it with a knife of self-belief.

Because for now you just have to focus on your body language and nothing else.

Watch the video carefully and have a close look at your facial expressions, body language, and actions.

If you think it’s dull then improve that in the next video.

See how much you’re confident, rate your overall expression and body language.

After that, watch the same video once again from starting but now you can unmute it.

This time you have to focus on the audio quality… closely listen to the way you’re speaking in the video.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a boy, girl, men or women everyone feels a small percentage of confidence boost while speaking or doing any activity when one can dress well.

Sometimes even if we are not confident from the inside, a good shoe or dress can also unknowingly boost our confidence level.

Honestly, I don’t know the science behind it but,

According to a study published in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, shows how clothing affects the mind.

In my personal opinion, there is a direct correlation between what we wear and what we think.

But, don’t get me wrong here.

By decent look, I don’t mean you have to buy luxury watches or expensive outfits.

Just go with your favourite colour or buy clothes that suit your style that’s more than enough. 🙂

Being confident is not just about speaking in English with the flow, it’s about how you deliver your thought and message with your overall body language.
